The clean rooms and convenient location near Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row were great for exploring the area. the complimentary hot breakfast with freshly baked waffles was a delightful start to each day, offering a wide range of options including oatmeal and eggs. the modern bathrooms with natural stone finishes added a touch of luxury to the stay, making it a comfortable experience overall. However, the rude front desk service and uncomfortable beds were major downsides that affected the quality of my trip. Despite the pleasant amenities and good value, the poor treatment from staff and the discomfort caused by the beds leave me hesitant to recommend this hotel for future stays.
